DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Time management is critical to our operations, so we ask that you please understand & carefully read our policies listed below.

Deposit Policy

We require all clients to make a $15 deposit in order to secure their appointments, this amount will be credited toward the final price of your detailing service. We aren't charging you anything extra; we simply take the deposit and subtract that from the final detail price upon completion.

Appointment Time Slots Are Confirmed Via Deposit on a First-come, First-served Basis.

Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Unfortunately, we must require deposits to avoid any unexpected last-minute no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules as they bring various issues for a small business like ours. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that some things may be beyond your control and life gets in the way, that's why we keep our deposit low just to ensure you're serious about the service. Our goal is to offer a convenient yet professional detail service to every customer who books. However, 24 hours of notice will be required in order to cancel or reschedule your car detail.

If you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit must be made on the new appointment. Same-day cancellations will not be accepted or refunded. Unless the owner approves and waives the fee due to bad weather, equipment failure, or staffing levels. Deposits are non-refundable if we arrive and service cannot be completed for reasons such as refusal of service, incorrect service selection, time constraints, or unagreeable price.

No shows Policy

All confirmed vehicles must be present and accessible upon arrival at the appointment. Extensive Detailing will wait no longer than 15 minutes after arrival before canceling the appointment resulting in forfeiture of the deposit. In the case that keys are not present, or we show up to the set detailing appointment without you being there will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Bad weather Conditions

​As mobile business weather can be one of those things that are out of our control, therefore if there's bad weather and we aren't able operation there won't be any added fees to your detail. We will simply reach out to you and reschedule your appointment for the soonest availability

 How much will the deposit be?

Is the deposit used as credit to my full price?

​Yes, the deposit is used towards the final price of your detail service. We aren't charging you anything extra we simply take the deposit and subtract that from the final price.

Can’t you just schedule my appointment without a deposit?

We want your business and will make you our number one priority when servicing. However, we can’t secure any appointments without a deposit. Even though we trust all clients will be available for their appointments, it is simply not in our best interest to risk cancellations and no-shows. 

What if the weather is bad, do I get my deposit back?

​Weather plays a huge role when it comes to being mobile and working outdoors, if the weather is bad and we are not able to operate we will contact you to reschedule and you will not be charged another deposit fee. 

What if something comes up and I have to Cancel at the Last Minute?

If you cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment more than 24 hours before it is scheduled we will hold the deposit fee and no new deposit will be required for the next detail appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit must be made on the new appointment. Same-day cancellations will not be accepted or refunded.
