FAQs
How Do I Make An Appointment?
First-time clients must book online with a $15 deposit, which will be deducted from the final total. Returning clients can skip the online booking and deposit by simply texting or calling to secure an available slot. However, if a recurring client cancels or reschedules last minute, or fails to show up, future bookings will require online scheduling with a deposit.
Where Can My Vehicle Be Detailed?
We offer mobile services only and are fully self-contained, bringing our own water and power to your home or office. Please ensure there is adequate space around the vehicle for us to work and room for the detail van to park next to it. If you are requesting service at an apartment complex, townhome community, or commercial property, please check with property management or the HOA beforehand to confirm that detailing is allowed on-site.
How Long Does It Take To Detail My Car?
A Full Detail typically takes 5+ hours, while a Mini Detail requires 3+ hours. The Premier Wash & Vac service, as well as Interior-Only or Exterior-Only details, generally take around 2+ hours. Additional time may be needed for heavily soiled vehicles, minivans, large SUVs, and pickup trucks.

We proudly serve Montgomery County, MD, including Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg, Chevy Chase, Clarksburg, Olney, Silver Spring, and nearby areas like Northwest D.C. and McLean, VA.

How Do I Pay?
We accept Cash, Card, Zelle, and PayPal.
How Often Should a Vehicle Be Detailed?
At least once per year fairly-maintained vehicles, or every six months for vehicles that accumulate a lot of pet hair, dirt or debris on a daily basis. Detailing has proven to be effective in getting you a better resale/trade-in price. So, if you are planning on selling/trading your car, make sure to have it detailed within a week of selling/trading it.
When Should I Have My Car Polished?
We recommend light polishing only for uncoated vehicles, typically no more than once every 1–2 years, depending on paint maintenance. Ceramic-coated vehicles should not be polished unless reapplication is planned, as polishing removes the coating.
Multi-stage paint correction, which removes deeper imperfections like swirl marks, scuffs, and oxidation, also takes off a small layer of clear coat and should be done sparingly. Light polishing, combined with a clay bar treatment to address minor marring, can be safely performed annually.
Avoiding abrasive washing methods, such as brushed car washes, helps preserve the paint and reduces the need for heavy corrections.
Should I pay before or after the service is completed?
Full payment will not be required until the completion of the detail. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product prior to payment.
What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment or I forget my appointment?
Appointments may be rescheduled online or via phone within at least 24 hours of notice. We send reminders to all appointments the day before via email, as well as sending you a text message or calling within an hour prior to your appointment.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
When you know you will be delayed, please call us as we may still be able to accommodate you, depending on our schedule any given day. If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling us, we will consider your appointment a no-show. Please note this will forfeit your $15 non-refundable deposit.
How do I cancel my appointment?
At least 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment via online, by text, or by calling us.
